Discuss: New category: Non-infectious-medicated-poz?

There is an extremely unpleasant and emotional witch hunt going on right now in Germany. Just google(news) for "Nadja Benaissa" - a 26 yo German recently imprisoned female pop-star. You can imagine how the tabloid press and the mob is jumping on that issue. I want to kick off the discussion with this poll. That's an issue that touches so many gay bi mature Datedick (and other) men - do the poll and share your 2cts in the discussion. Here are some more details. One thing is if somebody infects another person deliberately or negligent (being highly infectious). This could be the case if you "don't tell" or lie and practice unsafe sex with negative people. It will be hard to prove in the case of Nadja Benaissa but it could and there are people in prison for that in Germany and elsewhere. The big mystery starts when we hypothetically assume Nadja would have been treated successfully for many years and technically could not have infected her partner. Could she be prosecuted then as well? There is a verdict in Switzerland that says no. Here is an excerpt in English: Unprotected Sex: HIV-positive man not guilty A HIV-positive man who has been sentenced to go to prison for 18 months has been found NOT guilty in the second level of jurisdiction. He is not guilty for grievous bodily harm caused by negligence by not telling - he got successfully medicated, behaves compliant and is technically not infectious. That's at least what those experts said. Does this mean we need new categories next to "poz" and "neg" - like "non-infectious-medicated-poz" and "bug-doner-on-the-way-to-the_next-bareback-poz-only-party"? Discuss it here - this is important.
